Please fill out our contact sheet in order for us to fully assess your event requirements. We will reach you within one business day to further discuss details, or to book an appointment for a consultation/site-survey.
The Site Survey
(where applicable) A Marz Media consultant will meet with you at your event venue in order to accurately appraise and discuss your vision and expectation.
The Tools of the Trade
Our extensive equipment warehouse is at your disposal to produce your event. Your representative will guide you through the selection process, to match your needs and budget.
The Design
(where applicable) The planning process can be a stressful one. We can help. Our experienced team can take you from your paper napkin drawing to a fully produced event right before your eyes.
Drafting, floor plans, photographs, and/or artistic sketches can be produced as a means of coordinating all aspects of an event, as well as ensuring that we are keeping within your vision. We have skilled scenic and lighting designers that will draft an idea what the look of your event will be.
The Estimate
Marz Media will produce your estimate at no charge (extensive quoting processes may be subject to a consultation fee).
The Payment
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement to reserve equipment and staffing. The remaining balance will be due prior to setup. We accept cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
The Setup
Our skilled and dedicated crew will arrive at your venue several hours or days prior to your guests arrival, depending on the scale and complexity.
The Event
Some events may not require a technician on site for their entire duration, while others demand an full crew to manage and operate.
The Follow-up
We like to touch base with our clients after their event to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of service we have provided. We also invite you to sign our online guestbook to share your Marz Media experience with others.
